I'm starting this weight loss blog to try to stick to my weight loss plan. I'm trying the South Beach diet and using the technique's outlined in the Beck diet solution.

Hi MightyMomo2! I'm also doing the Beck Diet Solution and The South Beach Diet. I'm married, 33yo, no kids, 2 dogs, and I need to lose 80lbs. I'm married with two kids:a boy, 8, and girl, 6. I just started working full time last year. Before that I stayed home with the kids and went to NC State to recieve my bachelors degree.
